Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description

We seek a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time primary care role in Grass Valley, CA.

Diagnose and treat health conditions, interpret lab tests, and prescribe medications.

Conduct physical exams, review medical records, and propose treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases.

Educate patients and families on disease prevention and healthy practices, promoting overall health.

Maintain accurate records, oversee patient care, and stay current with professional knowledge through research.

Requirements: Proven primary care experience, valid license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, and willingness to relocate before starting.

Compensation & Benefits: $130k-$190k/year, with 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and other benefits.

Note: In-person work shift during the day; ability to start promptly is preferred.
