Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.

• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with care standards and healthcare regulations.
• Manage patient care activities, including utilization management and DME administration.
• Monitor vital signs, perform assessments, and provide clinical support such as injections and catheterization.
• Foster professional development and teamwork among nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements: RN license, geriatric experience, proficiency in utilization management, BLS skills, strong communication, and organizational abilities.
