*Position Overview:*
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups facing mental health or substance use challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will create personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
*Responsibilities:*
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support. Provide psycho-education to clients and families. Ensure services adhere to ethical and legal standards. *Qualifications:*
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Licensed or seeking licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or pre-licensed with supervised clinical training. At least 2 years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills; knowledge of evidence-based models preferred. *Benefits:*
