Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker – Behavioral Health to provide high-quality psychotherapy services on a hospital’s behavioral health unit in St. Mary’s, Ohio.

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assist patients and families in understanding diagnoses, adjusting to treatments, and connecting with community resources.
• Participate in discharge planning, multidisciplinary team meetings, and referral processes.
• Follow regulatory standards and submit outcome data regularly.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, valid Ohio LSW license, minimum one year experience in behavioral health.
