Job Description

The *Psychotherapist* is a key member of the Clinical Team, providing specialized clinical expertise in psychotherapy, counseling, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for individuals aged six to late adulthood.

Responsibilities include developing therapeutic relationships, conducting individual, group, and family therapy, offering clinical consultation, and coordinating with other professionals and family members. The role involves case management, advocacy, participation in treatment conferences, documentation, patient education, and supervising interns or specialists as needed.

Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, along with current licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or IMFT), CEUs, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. The position demands critical thinking, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work independently.

Work is full-time, in person, with a salary range of $65,000-$80,000 annually.
