Job Description

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a Home Care team, providing personalized evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes to enhance communication, cognition, and swallowing safety.

Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and adjusting strategies based on patient progress.

Candidate must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, NY license, and CPR certification; experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
