Job Description
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) committed to personalized, in-home care.
Conduct evaluations, assess home environment, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using specialized techniques and equipment.
Recommend communication aids and collaborate with physicians and team members for coordinated care.
Participate in case conferences, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment and refer to additional services as needed.
Supervise home health aides when appropriate and perform other related duties.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, state licensure or supervised clinical experience if licensure is not available, successful completion of national exam, and at least one year of clinical experience.
