Job Description

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) committed to personalized, in-home care.


  • Conduct evaluations, assess home environment, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using specialized techniques and equipment.
  • Recommend communication aids and collaborate with physicians and team members for coordinated care.
  • Participate in case conferences, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment and refer to additional services as needed.
  • Supervise home health aides when appropriate and perform other related duties.

    • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, state licensure or supervised clinical experience if licensure is not available, successful completion of national exam, and at least one year of clinical experience.
