Job Description

The RN Supervisor oversees quality nursing care and supervises nursing staff during a designated shift in a psychiatric setting.

They develop work schedules, ensure compliance with policies through chart audits, and participate in therapeutic program development.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, initiating disciplinary actions when needed, serving as a preceptor, and understanding community resources.

Availability includes working every Saturday, Sunday, and one additional weekday from 7am – 7pm.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in Michigan
  • 1-3 years of psychiatric experience
  • 1+ years supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)

    Expected hours: 36/week, in person.
