Job Description
As a Therapist, you will provide mental health services in inpatient and outpatient settings, utilizing behavioral therapy to support individuals with developmental disabilities and manage crises effectively.
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to clients’ mental health needs.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques for developmental disabilities.
- Deliver remote counseling via telehealth platforms.
- Manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions.
- Conduct clinical research and analyze data to improve treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements include a Master’s degree, at least 2 years of addiction counseling experience, proficiency in HIPAA, experience with developmental disabilities, telehealth, and crisis management. The role is full-time, with a salary between $45,000-$55,000, benefits, and requires relocation and commuting to Florence, SC. Work involves in-person and remote sessions.
