Job Description

Join a rapidly expanding FNP-led primary and urgent care clinic offering flexible, telehealth-focused services with in-person home visits as needed.

Enjoy working primarily from home, providing virtual care via chat and video, with minimal in-person visits, mainly for basic procedures like blood draws. Practice independently with team support, serving grateful patients rated 9/10.

Responsibilities include delivering primary and urgent care, documenting visits, managing medications, and building trusting relationships.

Candidates must have an active FNP-C, APRN, and RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1+ year of family or urgent care experience, including pediatric care. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for in-person visits within 1 hour of home.

Ideal candidates are dependable, tech-savvy, adaptable, autonomous, and comfortable with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. The role offers daytime hours, full-time employment, competitive pay ($55-$70/hr), and paid time off.

Applicants must have completed 2,080 collaborative hours and be willing to relocate to Saint Cloud, MN.
