Job Description

The Clinical Therapist provides psychosocial assessments, care coordination, crisis intervention, and therapy (individual, group, family) to diverse clients in a community-based behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting progress, attending team meetings, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. They may offer home or community services and participate in trainings and supervision.

Qualifications require a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field, relevant licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC), up to two years of behavioral health experience, and proficiency with community resources and documentation systems.
