Speech Language Pathologist ($90-$100/hour, Full Time – SLP or RPE license required)

Job Description

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position involves providing services to 54 middle school students with extensive support needs in Lancaster School District.

It offers $90-$100/hour, with benefits including 401(k), insurance, and continuing education.

The role includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating on IEPs.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CA SLP license, experience in school settings preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in person in Lancaster, CA.

This is an in-person position with no case management component, focused on positively impacting students’ communication skills.
