Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD) to provide comprehensive primary care in a community-based health center.

Responsibilities include delivering 8 clinic sessions (32 hours/week) via in-person and telemedicine, managing patients across all ages, emphasizing wellness, chronic disease, and acute care, with opportunities for prenatal care.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in meetings, develop patient panels, ensure culturally sensitive care, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications include a medical degree, residency in family practice, board certification, Minnesota medical license, and DEA registration.

Requires strong communication, self-direction, and ability to manage clinical and administrative tasks.

Work environment is a clinic setting with exposure to communicable diseases; physical demands include sitting, lifting up to 25 lbs, and use of vision and hearing.
