Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and CMO, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring quality and adherence to protocols.
Leads care team activities, performs exams, assessments, and develops treatment plans for all ages, utilizing in-person, telehealth, or phone modalities.
Ensures documentation compliance, interprets test results, and manages acute/chronic conditions while promoting health education and preventive services.
Supports regulatory compliance, participates in quality initiatives, maintains accurate records, and fosters effective communication with staff and external agencies.
Manages administrative tasks, reviews workflows, and ensures cost-effective practices.
Provides leadership, mentors staff, and participates in after-hours on-call rotations.
Requires BC/BE, valid medical license, DEA, NPI, and ability to work in North Hollywood, CA, with bilingual skills preferred.
