Job Description
Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner working Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, providing exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities within your community.
Manage and coordinate patient care, conducting rounds, writing orders, and facilitating tests and procedures.
Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and leadership to ensure quality care.
Accurately document visits in electronic medical records and handle billing-related records.
Receive comprehensive training, shadowing, and support from a Medical Director.
Require NP license, DEA certification, excellent communication, empathy, organizational skills, and prior relevant experience preferred.
