Position: Provide professional, trauma-informed counseling and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault, abuse, incest, and sex trafficking. Interface with various systems to support recovery and perform duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: NM licensure (LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LMFT, LPAT); 1+ year experience with trauma survivors preferred but new graduates considered; bilingual (Spanish) a plus; team player.

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 DOE, with higher pay for independently licensed therapists.
