We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight Forwarder – Air Export in Indianapolis, IN.
Coordinate and manage air export shipments from initiation to delivery.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and export declarations.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
