Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Marietta Housing Facilities in Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial property
• Respond promptly to repair requests and address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain maintenance logs and document completed work
• Assist in facility upgrades and renovations as needed

Skills Needed:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
