We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman in Rancho Cordova, CA to oversee concrete projects on-site.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising concrete crews to ensure timely, quality work
Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans
Ensuring safety protocols and OSHA compliance
Managing material ordering and equipment usage
Maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reports
Skills required:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of concrete installation, finishing, and curing
Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues
