Job Description

We are seeking a Superintendent (Lead) – Concrete in Nashville, TN to oversee construction projects from start to finish.

• Manage and coordinate all concrete construction activities on-site to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing leadership and technical guidance.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Review project plans, schedules, and budgets; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
