Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance / Janitorial Person to ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of our facility in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Conduct light maintenance and repairs as needed to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials
• Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Report maintenance issues promptly to management
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with staff and visitors
