Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a home-based role serving families in the Greater Heights/Independence Heights area of Houston, TX.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers.
  • Utilize clinical judgment to create home exercise programs and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Complete required patient visits and documentation promptly, maintaining compliance with all regulations and policies.
  • Maintain active Texas licensure and demonstrate reliability and flexibility in a dynamic setting.
  • Bonus points for experience in home-health, feeding therapy certifications, or bilingual skills.
