Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team, providing client-centered therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. This new position, starting February 2026, requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with an Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT), valid driver’s license, and BLS certification within six months.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with preferred experience in electronic health records. Responsibilities include delivering ethical, high-quality therapy, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, creating treatment plans, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
