Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are hiring bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

Our clinician-owned agency serves children with cognitive, speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and social/emotional disabilities in their homes and community. We offer comprehensive support, including continuing education, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a strong company culture focused on caring for employees and families.

Pay ranges from $52,200 to $156,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, coaching families, coordinating services, and documenting care. Requirements include ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR certification, and preferred minimum 1-year experience.
