Job Description

Join our faith-based residential treatment center as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

We seek a compassionate clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adolescent males facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, integrating faith-based principles, facilitating therapeutic groups, and supporting families.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT in Arkansas)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with adolescents, preferably in residential or inpatient settings
  • Commitment to integrating Christian values and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication and cultural competence
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
