Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMFT) – Encino, CA

Job Description

We are seeking a *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* or *Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)* for our *Outpatient Clinic* near *Encino, CA*.

This *full-time* role offers a *hybrid schedule* with in-person initial evaluations (at least 2-3 days) and telehealth follow-ups, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with a 1-hour lunch.

Compensation ranges from *$43.00 to $46.00 per hour*, including benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy, conducting individual, family, and group therapy, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Candidates must be licensed and willing to perform initial evaluations in person; Spanish speaking is preferred.
