Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) passionate about compassionate wound care and patient healing.

This full-time role involves providing expert wound care services in patients’ homes, with up to 1 hour per appointment, no on-call, weekends, or evenings.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited program, at least 1 year of experience, board certification, and wound care experience a plus. Must have a valid state license and ability to travel locally (75%).
