Job Description

This full-time Therapeutic Therapist role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling to youth in foster care.

Responsibilities include clinical consultation with foster parents, crisis stabilization, and ensuring compliance with state and agency paperwork standards.

Candidates must hold at least a Master’s in mental health, counseling, or social work, and be licensed or eligible for licensing as a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, marriage and family therapist, or counselor.

Reporting to the Program Director, the role offers a salary of $50,000-$55,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development assistance.

The position requires in-person work in London, KY, with relocation prior to start date, and involves staying current on field developments.
