Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN, home-based role serving families in North Katy, TX.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with physician directives.
Create home exercise programs and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
Perform 6-8 patient visits weekly (4 patients) in the afterschool hours of 3:30-6:30pm.
Complete all documentation promptly and adhere to legal and ethical standards for home-health pediatric therapy.
Requirements include an active Texas SLP license, reliable availability during designated hours, and proficiency with workplace technology.
