Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis and clinical counseling techniques to support clients.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Participate in case management, care coordination, and community referrals.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current licensure, knowledge of behavioral health principles, and experience in counseling. Familiarity with psychopharmacology and cultural competence are advantages.

    This full-time or part-time role offers a starting salary from $88,000, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development. The position requires relocation to Wahiawa, HI and involves in-person work.
