Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within legal scope and coordinate with healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support effective communication and functional independence.
  • Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for daily home visits.
