The Nursing Supervisor oversees nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care within the healthcare facility.
Supervise and support nursing activities, conduct patient care assessments, and collaborate on care plans with healthcare professionals. Manage specimen processing, maintain medical records per HIPAA, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Provide staff training on medical terminology, triage, and behavioral health best practices. Handle staffing schedules, assist with recruitment, and utilize Athenahealth software for documentation. Require clinical expertise in specimen collection, gastric lavage, venipuncture, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in HIPAA compliance, communication, and working under pressure is essential. This part-time role requires in-person work in Hollidaysburg, PA, with a pay starting at $37.47/hour, and candidates should be prepared to relocate if necessary.
