Job Description

Seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician to join a mission-driven community health center in Lebanon. This full-time role offers a $10,000 annual sign-on bonus.

  • Provide patient-centered, team-based care in a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate care, deliver direct patient services, and ensure patient rights are upheld.
  • Participate in staff training, meetings, and community-based care at local sites.
  • Assist with clinic equipment needs and promote effective teamwork to meet organizational goals.
  • Must have a medical degree, completed a 3-year primary care residency, Missouri license, BLS certification, and be licensed to practice medicine in Missouri.
