Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered care team comprising physicians, advanced practice clinicians, a clinical pharmacist, case managers, and support staff.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours, 4 days/week
• Focus on team-based care supporting both pediatric and adult patients
• Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care, with in-basket management
• 1+ year post-graduate experience in primary care preferred
• Guaranteed salary between $235,000 and $245,000 annually
