The Nurse Manager oversees a 142-bed hospital unit, ensuring safe, efficient, patient-centered care in line with organizational mission, vision, and values.
Practices as a clinical leader, accountable for 24-hour unit operations, focusing on patient outcomes, staff development, and clinical efficiency.Partners with physicians and manages staff and resources to promote safe, timely, and effective care.Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, RN licensure in North Carolina, and 3-4 years of related experience.Offers are contingent upon successful pre-employment screenings.
