Job Description
The Clinical Therapist role involves providing psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, and family) in various settings, including office, home, and community.
They collaborate with team members, attend meetings, document client progress, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC), and experience working with SED or SMI populations. Bilingual skills are preferred.
Responsibilities also encompass crisis intervention, maintaining client records, and participating in supervision and training to promote excellence and community service.
