Join a dedicated team providing exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you’ll manage and coordinate patient care, conduct rounds, write orders, and collaborate with staff and physicians. Comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight ensure you’re well-supported. Enjoy 8-hour day shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually, with full benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

  • Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and billing documentation.
  • Demonstrate empathy, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably have 1+ year of relevant healthcare experience and a current Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
