Join our expanding therapy team in Colorado Springs as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in full-time or part-time roles, with relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve residents’ quality of life, adhering to regulatory standards, and developing personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and valid state licensure.
- Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
- Ability to pass background checks, maintain certifications, and complete required training.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency with technology, and flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel if needed.
- Physical capability to perform job duties and cope with emotional stress working with diverse resident populations.
Key duties:
- Provide and oversee speech therapy evaluations and treatments, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with billing standards.
- Foster positive resident relationships, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and coordinate referrals for specialized assessments.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and implement innovative therapy techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, continuing education, and relocation support. In-person work at Colorado Springs location required.
