Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.
Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations. Manage patient care activities, including utilization management and DME administration. Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Support and guide nursing staff, promoting professional development and teamwork. Perform clinical procedures such as injections and catheterization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in line with healthcare standards. Requirements include a current RN license, geriatric experience, proficiency in emergency procedures, and strong communication and organizational skills. This full-time role offers benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and more, with work hours between 32-40 per week.
