Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based individual and group therapy within IOP and OP programs.

Facilitate structured IOP groups and deliver individual sessions.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care.

Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with team members.

Model ethical, trauma-informed, and client-centered practices.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, current WV licensure (LPC or LICSW), and experience with substance use disorders. Preferred skills are group facilitation and trauma-informed training.
