MOBILE WOUND CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in Norfolk, VA, with wound care experience to join a growing organization focused on positivity, learning, and patient outcomes.

• Must have a Masters Degree from an accredited NP program and board certification (ANP, FNP, etc.).
• At least 1 year of wound care and NP experience; prior primary care or emergency care experience is a plus.
• Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, diagnosing, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Requires excellent communication, compassionate bedside manner, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Position involves travel to patients’ homes using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, earning up to $180,000/year, with benefits like health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
• Potential sign-on bonus and reimbursement for wound care certification are available.
• Must be willing to relocate to Norfolk, VA, before starting.
