Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in Salisbury, MD to evaluate and treat children and adults with communication and swallowing disorders.

Conduct comprehensive assessments

Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods and assistive technology

Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and team members

Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity goals

Participate in team meetings and program development

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR/First Aid, strong communication skills, experience with diverse populations; bilingual preferred.

Offering: $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Shift hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Both in-person positions in Salisbury and Delaware locations are available.

Full-time role supporting high-quality, functional care for clients of all ages.
