Seeking a dedicated *Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician (MD or DO)* to provide primary care in a rural community in Colusa, CA.

Our clinic serves a population of 6,600 in Colusa town and 22,000 in the surrounding county, focusing on health promotion, disease management, and wellness education.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient exams, prescribing treatments, ordering diagnostics, patient education, and supervising advanced practice providers.

Candidates should have an unrestricted license, DEA, and NPI, and be willing to work in person in Colusa. Residents are encouraged to apply; H-1B sponsorship available.
