Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

Seeking up to 2 full-time mental health or substance abuse counselors for a growing Christian outpatient practice in a metro area.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate assessment, evaluation, and treatment to individuals, couples, and families, following state, federal, and HIPAA standards, under supervision.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field, and a valid license such as PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LADC, or similar.

Qualifications encompass delivering ethical, high-quality therapy; strong communication skills; organized case management; multitasking ability; teamwork; and knowledge of trauma-informed therapy, family systems, and client-specific issues.

Benefits include paid time off. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually.

Work is in-person with an emphasis on clinical excellence and client care.
