Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

They develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure culturally responsive and inclusive services, respecting clients’ diverse backgrounds.

The role emphasizes core values such as integrity, respect, acceptance, accountability, and grace, in all client and team interactions.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapy, training team members, and facilitating family meetings.
