Job Description

Join a rapidly expanding FNP-led primary and urgent care clinic offering flexible, telehealth-first care with in-person home visits as needed.

Enjoy primarily remote work, minimal credentialing, and daytime hours, serving grateful patients with ample time and autonomy.

Provide virtual (chat/video) and in-person care, document visits, assist with medications, and perform basic procedures.

Requirements include active FNP licensure, BLS certification, 1+ year experience in family practice/urgent care, and reliable transportation for home visits.

Ideal candidates are dependable, tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable with driving locally. Some evening/weekend hours required.
