Job Description

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.


The role involves conducting evaluations, assessing home environments, identifying speech defects, creating care plans, administering therapy with specialized techniques, recommending communication aids, and collaborating with physicians and team members for comprehensive care.


Responsibilities include documenting notes, maintaining clinical competency, referring patients for additional services, instructing patients and families, and supervising home health aides when appropriate.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, with licensure or equivalent clinical experience
  • At least 1 year of clinical SLP experience
  • Successful completion of national exam in SLP
