Job Description

We are offering a Part-Time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist position in the Muncie/Alexandria, Indiana area.

Enjoy 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and optional weekend hours. The role covers Muncie, Alexandria, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and coordinating care with physicians and staff. The SLP will deliver skilled therapy using standard techniques, document reactions and changes, and prepare patients for discharge as needed.

Qualifications include a valid Indiana license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required. This is an on-the-road position with a focus on personalized patient care.
