Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Plymouth, MA, and nearby areas.


  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams five days a week.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and propose treatments.
  • Prescribe medications, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families about health conditions and prevention.
  • Oversee overall patient health and promote healthy practices.
  • Engage in professional development and research activities.
