Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Centralia, WA.
Work involves evaluating and managing wounds, performing dressings, debridement, and G-Tube procedures (training provided), with weekly bedside rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
Opportunity for Home Health visits as needed.
Must be outgoing, energetic, and experienced in skilled nursing environments.
Preferred qualifications include wound care certification and at least 2 years of wound care and skilled nursing experience.
Requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a current WA medical license.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with on-call and weekend duties.
